Vodafone boosts digital skills for five million SMEs

Vodafone Business has given digital skills advice to more than five million users in SMEs and SOHOs through its V-Hub site. Its user base has risen from 3.6 million customers at this time last year.

V-Hub was launched in July 2020 in response to the pandemic to help users increase their understanding of the evolving digital landscape.

Vodafone Business will expand the service later this year to give users a bespoke action plan. It will also enhance its one-to-one advice service and aims to grow to seven million users by 2025.

Amanda Jobbins, CMO & Director of Strategic Partners at Vodafone Business, said: “Many SMEs are starved of personalised digital advice and services, and V-Hub aims to change that.

“SMEs make up 90% of all businesses and employ between two-thirds and 90% of workers, in Europe, Egypt, and South Africa where the service is available.”
