Oak Innovation has launched ContactAssist, a new platform that integrates customer relationship management with telephony.
The first release builds on the company’s existing healthcare sector knowledge and customer base to target primary healthcare providers.
ContactAssist for Healthcare works with popular clinical record systems like EMIS Web and TPP SystmONE to improve workflow and patient experience.
The New Number Capture capability helps to keep contact information up to date to combat DNAs, support mass notification and Click-To-Dial phone triage.
ContactAssist can be deployed on a single site or across a Primary Care Network or Federated Practices to unify communications.
