The latest release of Akixi's mobile app boasts the most significant changes since it was launched in January 2018, said the firm.
"The app continues to display real-time statistics on Akixi’s customisable wallboards, however this most recent release also includes an option for Akixi 2000 users to benefit from enhanced functionality with ACD agent reporting and control," said MD Bart Delgado.
"With this option enabled, supervisors are able to view ACD agent lists, summary and detailed statistic reports, BLF displays, as well as control an agent’s status, for example, signing agents in/out of call queues or setting their not-available codes."
Delgado also noted that with Akixi’s agent control call centre managers can be proactive in managing and adjusting their resources immediately, in response to real-time information, directly from the mobile app.
“The Akixi team is focused on evolving the product to anticipate and meet the ever-changing needs of our customers, many of which are based in a call centre environment," he added.
"This latest app release reflects the growing trend towards anytime, anywhere working.”
