DuoCall MSP adds Cirrus contact centre solution

DuoCall MSP will offer its SMB clients Cirrus's AI-enabled contact centre solution following a partnership between the companies.

The additional omni-channel capabilities will enable DuoCall MSP to expand its reach and capacity to serve a broader customer base.

Andrew Ringsell, Director of Managed Services at DuoCall MSP, said: “DuoCall MSP is quite mature in the contact centre market in the 0-250 users space, but we have never stepped into what we would classify as the enterprise market. Our customers demanded more from our solutions, and Cirrus exceeded that brief.”
