Akixi launches CX Analytics for Microsoft Teams

Akixi has expanded its product offering with the general availability of CX Analytics for Microsoft Teams, delivered via a single cloud platform.

This is designed to enable service providers to streamline end-customer onboarding and enhance user experience.

It will also create differentiation for service partners within their Direct Routing and Operator Connect offerings
