Global provider of connectivity and cloud services M247 has relaunched its partner programme, introducing a tiered system and graded access to marketing, training and support materials.
Partners qualify for various features according to their tier, such as business planning tools and quarterly and annual reviews.
M247 has also invested in its partner portal, My247, where partners place orders, manage and support their account.
Estelle Motley, Head of Channel Sales, said: “We’ve gone back to basics around what our partners really value from a programme as well as ensuring it is right for today’s world.
