Britannic accepted on CCS framework

Britannic Technologies has been awarded a place on the Crown Commercial Service’s Network Services 2 framework for its contact centre solutions.

Director Jonathan Sharp stated: “We are seeing an increase in demand for AI and RPA solutions in the contact centre. They vastly reduce the cost to serve and improve business processes and the customer experience.

"So far the framework has achieved approximately £5bn sales over the last four years, and we are excited to have access to such a pipeline of potential prospects.”
