Jonathan Sharp has been appointed CEO of Britannic as veteran MD Richard Dendle moves to the role of Executive Chairman.
Sharp joined Britannic 25 years ago as Marketing Manager and until recently served as Sales and Marketing Director.
He said: “As CEO I will lead Britannic into the next phase of its growth. These are exciting times for our industry and we are working on some innovative and dynamic projects.”
Dendle adds: “Through the years and the changes in our industry Jonathan has been pivotal in both direction and the quality of what we provide.
“The industry is changing rapidly with AI and automation technology and Jonathan is the perfect person to drive this opportunity."
