Opus boosts CX offering with and Five9 deal

Opus has strengthened its partnership with Five9 to enhance its contact centre offering.

It will leverage Five9's CX intelligent platform which includes workforce management, Interactive Voice Response, omnichannel capabilities, analytics and reporting, and Intelligent Virtual Agents.

Thomas John, VP EMEA Partners at Five9, said:  "Our company synergies, along with our target of expansion internationally, a partnership between Five9 and Opus made perfect sense.”

The pair first partnered in 2021 with Five9 leveraging Opus’ public and private sector clients to expand its UK network.
