Tollring adds analytics to Cisco Webex Calling

Tollring has launched its iCall Suite call reporting solution for Cisco’s Webex Calling platform. 

The launch means that channel providers can leverage iCall Suite analytics on Webex Calling to help customers to better understand team performance and end customer journeys through reporting, wallboards and dashboards. 

Tollring’s licensing model enables end users to subscribe to the features they need.
