Splicecom targets small firms with SelectVoice 20

A new on-premise UC product developed by Chorleywood-based Splicecom – and supplied via the vendor's MAP-Solo platform – enables partners to target small businesses with up to 20 extensions and 15 SIP trunks.

Called SelectVoice 20, the product is available to purchase on a capex or monthly subscription model and comes with voicemail boxes and WebPartner, a browser-based personal productivity app for call control and phone management.

“Designed for smaller businesses SelectVoice 20 delivers fully featured telephony supported by Splicecom’s embedded Business Management Reporting solution, Vision Reports," stated Robin Hayman, Director of Marketing & Product Management.

The embedded Vision Business Management System can be extended to support call recording and real-time wallboards and dashboards.

SelectVoice 20 also offers hot desk facilities and desktop integration, and works with Skype for Business, Outlook and other primary CRM systems.

The Admin Portal enables changes to daily set-up via a browser interface.

Stuart Bell, Splicecom’s Head of Sales for the UK and Ireland, added: “Our cloud sales are growing but we’re still seeing strong demand for on-premise solutions.

"The fact that many of the traditional Japanese and Korean on premises PBX and key system vendors are drifting away from the UK market has left a void and makes the launch of SelectVoice 20 a bigger opportunity for our partners."
