Global provider of connectivity and cloud services M247 has launched a new international Point of Presence (iPoP) in New York City, enabling the roll out of a fully integrated Microsoft Teams digital voice suite that has global reach.
The new iPoP has been launched to support the growing demand for Microsoft Teams Direct Routing – a solution which allows customers to make and receive traditional telephone calls via the Microsoft Teams collaboration workspace.
Expanding into New York means M247, which is a Microsoft Silver Partner, will be able to support UK customers who also have offices located in the United States, enabling team collaboration from multiple international locations.

The cloud service provider has witnessed unprecedented demand for the capability during the Covid-19 pandemic as more global businesses struggle to adapt to the challenges of moving from a hybrid working architecture to a full remote working model.
M247 HAS operating centres in the UK, Bucharest, Spain, and the United States and plans more international expansion over the next 12 months including Milan, Frankfurt, Madrid, Dubai, Sydney, Singapore, Tokyo and Hong Kong.
