Daisy Connect nets O2 partner awards double

O2 Direct Partner Network high flyer Daisy Connect has netted two O2 awards for the third year running – the 2019 O2 Customer Excellence Award and the O2 Digital Excellence Award.  

Quarterly account reviews and proactive bill alerts are two examples of how the provider focuses on the customer experience – both have helped contribute to a churn rate of less than 9% and a customer service index (CSI) score of 73%.  

The Digital Excellence Award recognises partners that achieve an annual digital growth rate equivalent to 10% of their total mobile connections, a bar which Daisy Connect smashed by delivering a 120% digital growth rate.

Daisy Connect and this year's other winners will receive their gongs at The Armouries Room, Tower of London on 27 March.
