Intercity Technology rolls out Direct Calling for Teams

Following up on its sterling efforts to transition workforces to a work from home environment when lockdown descended in March Birmingham-based Intercity Technology has launched a Direct Calling for Teams solution.
 
Intercity has witnessed a significant uptick in demand for Direct Calling for Teams as more organisations adopt ‘browser talking’ during the lockdown as opposed to traditional telephony services. 

This trend is expected to continue to rise as companies move to embrace a ‘work-from-anywhere’ model, believes Andrew Jackson, CEO .
