Sippio launches Teams CX suite with Tollring

Sippio has launched a suite of services to enhance the customer experience delivered through Microsoft Teams. The solution, Sippio CX, will be available through a strategic partnership with Tollring.

The suite comprises Sippio Reporting, Sippio Recording, and Sippio Recording + AI. Underlying the solution will be Tollring’s Analytics 365 platform, powering data handling and visualisation.
