Tech Data partners will now be able to offer a break-fix option for printers and multi-functional devices.
Available nationwide, the service will cover all leading brands, including Canon, Epson, HP, and Xerox, and will be available for partners to re-sell as their own white label offering.
“As we continue to expand our services portfolio, offering a break-fix maintenance option for printers and multi-functional devices feels like a natural evolution for us,” said Mark Glasspool, Services Director, UK and Ireland.
Over the past year, Tech Data has invested in widening its offering, introducing 15 new services.
“As end user customers of all sizes digitally transform, adopt cloud and subscription services, and adapt to hybrid working, they are looking to outsource more of their everyday IT function,” Glasspool added
