Intec Business Solutions has agreed a £7.7m royalty financing agreement with Duke Royalty with follow-on funding agreed for planned M&A activity.
Chairman Simon Howitt said: “We are currently negotiating a number of further acquisitions and intend to double the size of the Group when we go into 2022.”
