Cloud contact centre provider Cirrus has launched FastTrack180, a pay-as-you-go home working solution that can be deployed double quick 'out-of-the-box'.
Agents require access to a web browser and a mobile phone or landline, and company numbers can be redirected to home workers within minutes. Supervisors have access to full reporting capabilities.
