Investment platform selects Sabio for CX upgrade

Avaya partner Sabio Group is to upgrade and manage the core customer contact centre and workforce optimisation systems of Hargreaves Lansdown, one of the UK's largest savings and investment platforms.

Sabio won the deal to support its Avaya Aura contact centre and Verint workforce optimisation solutions including speech analytics, workforce management, quality monitoring, call recording and performance management.
Hargreaves Lansdown has 1.3 million clients and more than £96 billion of savings and investments.
