Full steam ahead for Connect365 channel push 

Connect365 is expanding its channel programme and aims to grow from eight resellers to 20 by the end of July. The business also aims to swell turnover from £1.2m to £2.2m by the end of 2024.  

According to Mark Dimeloe, Head of the Reseller Channel, Connect365 has worked hard over the last three months to build out its offering, forging relationships with Giacom, TelXL, Voiceflex and Cellhire, covering mobile, data, UCaaS, CCaaS and IoT solutions. 

Dimeloe (pictured) states: “The time is right for Connect365. We have concluded our product portfolio so resellers can find and accept opportunities with confidence.”

Connect365 has settled on an atypical approach to the channel, its resellers focus on uncovering opportunities and fConnect365 manages provision, support and billing for the lifetime of the contract.

Agreements see resellers take 50% of the margin, counting for the original deal as well as follow up solutions that the customer may seek.

Ian Cleaver, Founder and MD, said: “We believe that we have found a gap in the market.  Our resellers just want to uncover a dormant revenue stream by introducing telecoms leads.  We make their lives easy so sales teams are not distracted from their core purpose.
