Avaya rolls out new subscription model

Avaya has launched its new IX Subscription programme in the international market, giving  customers the flexibility to scale consumption of contact centre and unified communications solutions. 

It includes access to the latest software releases, and the freedom to flex up to 20% over the number of subscribed users at no additional charge.

“We’re now able to extend a subscription model for on-premise communications infrastructures," said Yaser Al Zubaidi, Senior Director – Engagement Solutions, Avaya International.

"We expect our customers to shift from an on-premise deployment paradigm to a private or public cloud architecture over the next two to three years, and Avaya IX Subscription provides a convenient stepping stone on that journey towards the cloud.”
