Plustel introduces mobile application

Kent-based wholesale comms provider Plustel has launched Plustel SOS, a mobile app that helps partners to check their end customers' broadband connections and create an emergency SOS support ticket at the touch of a button.

Commenting on the app, which is available to download via IOS or Android, Sales Director Anthony Harvey said: "The app is ideal for when you are on the road and do not have easy access to a desktop or laptop computer, speeding up the process of reporting a fault with an end customer's broadband connection."
