NFON UK has extended its partnership with ASC Technologies to integrate ASC Recording Insights with the Nvoice for Microsoft Teams proposition, which was rolled out by NFON in October 2019.
Dr. Gerald Kromer, CEO at ASC Technologies, stated: “We are giving organisations that have a legal obligation to record and archive their communication an ability to do so with the snap of a finger, which also fulfills MiFID II requirements.”
NFON UK MD Myles Leach added: “We are bringing this product to market at a time when businesses need ways to work efficiently via their preferred collaboration tool from any location.”
