Digital transformation firm Xperience has acquired Green Duck to strengthen its presence in the east of England.
Green Duck provides cloud, cyber security and managed IT services from its office in Bury St Edmunds.
The buy will grow Xperience’s headcount to 123 and boost turnover to around £16m. The joint company will serve more than 1,100 clients, typically ranging between 10-100 users, across the UK&I.
This acquisition follows a £1.5m investment in Xperience’s Lisburn operations, creating an additional 16 jobs.
