Rydal Group has acquired NDG Technology’s business communication client base.
This adds 100+ customers to Rydal, largely located between the company’s Peterborough (East) and Lichfield (Midlands) offices.
Steffan Dancy, MD of Rydal Group, said: “Our experience and wider support functions will provide additional support to the 100+ customers.”
This is Rydal’s second deal of the year, after the purchase of IT MSP BrokenStones IT in March.
