Integrity360 has acquired Advantio to expand further into continental Europe and add additional cyber services practice focused on PCI compliance.
The deal brings group revenues to around €115m in 2023 from circa €85m in 2022, and takes headcount to 450 employees.
The companies have also signed a strategic partnership to expand the footprint of Advantio’s Saas platform ZeroRisk.
Advantio’s existing SOC in Naples will be combined with Integrity360’s other three SOC’s in Dublin, Sofia, and Stockholm, now operating with over 100 staff.
