Horsham-based Global 4's acquisitions of Fleur Telecom and Home Telecom expands its residential broadband base to 49,000 customers alongside over 15,000 business customers.
Global 4 also announced plans to recruit an additional 40 people over the coming year.
MD Carl Barnett said: “These acquisitions are an important part of our expansion vision for the next three years. With the roll out of FTTP broadband gathering pace across the UK it will allow us to be a major player. With several more acquisitions in the pipeline we anticipate an increasingly busy few years”.
