Rydal Group has strengthened the regional presence and manpower of its IT support team with the acquisition of Agenda IT.
Agenda IT’s Market Harborough-base will remain open and help Rydal push its services into the surrounding Leicestershire and Northamptonshire areas.
Steffan Dancy, MD at the Rydal Group, said: “Joining the Rydal Group gives Agenda’s clients the wider benefits of our £6m turnover business while still receiving a personal and local service.”
The companies will integrate immediately with Agenda IT’s management and employees folding into Rydal’s Group structure.
