4Com has acquired part of the business telecoms customer base of Fairfield Telecommunications, its seventh deal in just 15 months.
As with the recent Bluebell and Meridian buys, this deal will see 4Com purchase the customer-base only, with Fairfield Telecom itself continuing to trade.
“This deal will help us generate additional funds to re-invest into our business,” said Matthew Thomas, Fairfield Telecom’s Director. “We are confident that our customers are in good hands.”
4Com continues to look for acquisition opportunities according to CEO Gary Scutt (pictured), who added: “We are constantly seeking new opportunities to further our expansion and this latest acquisition will complement this growth strategy.”
