Vaioni secures multi-million-pound growth investment from Panoramic

Sachin Vaish’s Vaioni Wholesale has secured a multi-million-pound investment from Panoramic Growth Equity to help fund its ambitious growth plans.

The Manchester-based network operator, founded by Vaish in 2008, says it will now forge ahead with a disruptive channel agenda centred on a connectivity and WAN portfolio utilising its ultra-reliable national ethernet platform, V.E.N.

According to Vaioni, strategic relationships with all the top UK carriers means the network now connects 250,000 postcodes across 100 UK cities and towns with 100Mbps - 10Gbps internet speeds.

Sachin Vaish (pictured), founder and Managing Director told Comms Dealer: “Vaioni has scaled significantly in recent years, and we are incredibly proud to be recognised not only as award winning, but as a credible and trusted business partner. Receiving this investment takes our total investment fund to to £5.5m and will enable us to accelerate the business’s growth strategy.

Vaish says this will include the rollout of Vaioni’s Software Defined Network strategy, bringing network automation to its customers, and enhancing the product range with Unified Communications, Internet Security and Cloud.
“Our goal is to become the digital transformation partner of choice. We look forward to working closely with the team at Panoramic as we continue to disrupt the channel and help our partners stand out from the crowd as businesses continue to make the digital transformation transition by delivering market leading services to both new and existing customers.”

David Wilson, Partner at Panoramic, commented: “We are delighted to support Sachin and the rest of his team at Vaioni to help them continue their growth journey. We have been particularly impressed by the growth that Vaioni has achieved to date, the strength of the management team and the opportunity for Vaioni to expand its network and product portfolio across the UK. We are excited to be involved and will now take an active role in helping the business grow further.”

Wilson will join the Vaioni Board as part of the agreement.
