Enreach has integrated technologies from across the group into Enreach UP, a cloud-native platform for the service provider market.
Enreach UP gives service providers a range of value-added services, including cloud PBX, fixed mobile convergence, video collaboration, messaging, inbound/outbound contact centre functionality and conversational bots, integrated with mobile services, Microsoft Teams, CRM and ERP systems.
The platform is offered as a multi-tenant, white label platform, with several deployment options for partners.
