Node4 has earned the Best Companies accreditation for the first time, ranking in three categories: Top 25 Best Companies in the East Midlands, Top 50 UK Tech Companies and Top 75 Best Large UK Companies.
Organisations are judged through a confidential b-heard engagement survey where employees score a series of statements, covering various management, employee engagement and trust in leadership.
