Kelly joins A1 Comms as Telesales Manager

A1 Comms continues to bolster its telesales and customer service operations team with the appointment of Shane Kelly as Telesales Manager.

Kelly brings six years of experience working in mobile and telecommunications, having previously worked his way through roles such as Sales Advisor, Sales Coach and Team Manager whilst working at Dixons Carphone and Currys.

“Coming from an outside perspective and coming from a call centre that was similar to here, there are things that can be implemented in the company with a plan for progression and expansion in mind,” said Kelly.

Shane is the most recent addition to the Darley Abbey office of A1 Comms, which will grow to include 43 sales advisors on Shane’s team by the end of August 2022.
