Inform Billing has promoted Matt Bodsworth to the newly created role of Billing Operations Manager, where he will oversee the Customer Support and Project teams.
Matt Bodsworth joined Inform Billing in 2016 when he undertook a four year apprenticeship degree whilst working within the business.
Anna Calladine, Head of Billing Operations & Services at Inform Billing, said: “Matt will bring expertise in technical pre-sales as well as managing complex data migration projects to this new role.”
