Sam Godfrey has been promoted to the role of Transaction Services Director at Evolution Capital, taking responsibility for budgetary planning and resourcing.
He is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) with experience advising owner-managed businesses and management teams of both privately owned, private equity backed and public companies with M&A transactions and funding on deals ranging in value from £50 million to over £1 billion.
Prior to joining EC, he spent eight years within PwC's Transaction Services team. Sam has advised on several technology transactions with a combined value of more than £5 billion.
