Pragma claims its channel partners can offer an enhanced UCaaS proposition after delivering the latest upgrade for its iPECS Cloud platform which now hosts 100,000 users.
Updates include enhancements to the iPECS ONE collaboration service and its integration into the Microsoft Productivity tools, device integration for iOS and Android mobile users, and features around call recording and compliance.
Pragma says the release also delivers more customer experience tools and features.
“We're confident this upgrade will enhance the delivery of our collaboration and reporting services to give our partners a killer UCaaS proposition to take to their customers," said Andy Herring, Pragma's Product Marketing Manager.
