RingCentral has struck a deal with Fujitsu to provide enterprises across EMEA with its cloud communications and contact centre solutions.
The agreement supports Fujitsu’s strategy of building a strong ecosystem of partners across its Digital Workplace portfolio, adding productivity tools to enhance its unified communications as-a-service (UCaaS) offering.
Fujitsu will offer RingCentral Office and Contact Centre as part of its Digital Workplace solutions.
The agreement covers Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.
