8x8's cloud technology platform that combines UCaaS and CCaaS capabilities has been recognised by Frost & Sullivan which awarded the US-based comms provider its 2018 North American Integrated CCaaS and UCaaS Competitive Strategy Innovation and Leadership gong.

This year 8x8 launched X Series, which helps businesses transform their customer and employee experience with one system of engagement across voice, video, collaboration and contact centre, and one system of intelligence on a single cloud-based technology platform.
