Enreach reaffirms wellbeing commitment

Enreach has reaffirmed its commitment to staff as it balances the increasing demands of customer experience with employee wellbeing.

Staff are being encouraged to work in a way that best suits them, allowing them to be flexible around client appointments, personal and family commitments, travel and more.

AI is also being used to reduce the workload for staff, with chatbots on its website designed to help answer FAQs and point customers towards the most appropriate resource.

Initiatives such as Brew Mondays allow staff the chance to catch up in a friendly environment and address any stresses. Enreach is also partnered with mental health charity Mind with fundraising events due to take place throughout the year to provide valuable support.

Director of People and Culture, Steve Webb, said: “Ensuring we’re delivering on customer needs while also supporting our staff in maintaining a healthy work-life balance is crucial to the way we operate
