Alcatel-Lucent has partnered RingCentral to launch a UCaaS solution designed to help middle and large enterprise customers in the UK accelerate their digital transformation to the cloud.
The solution, Rainbow Office, combines RingCentral’s UCaaS technology with the networking, communication and cloud solutions from Alcatel-Lucent’s portfolio. This means HD audio and video, virtual backgrounds, screen share capabilities, the ability to check presence, share files and switch between devices with integrated carrier-grade voice.
