TalkTalk Wholesale Services rolls out new partner programme

Following a trial period with key channel partners TalkTalk Wholesale Services has rolled out a more collaborative partner programme that also helps to overcome the challenge of bringing new products to market faster.

The programme is structured on a points-based system with tailored support split across three tiers – Pro, Power and Power+.

Each level provides commercial incentives, product and marketing support, training and education, and personalised consultancy from TalkTalk Wholesale Services' leadership team.

“By putting the power of our network in our partners’ hands and enabling deeper levels of collaboration, we’re helping them to unlock new opportunities and accelerate their customer journeys,” said Paul Smith (pictured), TalkTalk Wholesale Services’ Chief Sales Officer. "Another key benefit of the programme is the reduced time to market when launching new products."

Gradwell Communications took part in the trial and achieved Power+ status. "The dedicated support, additional incentives and access to product specialists give us an edge, allowing us to grow more rapidly and sustain that growth," said CPO Darren Standing.

LOQEX also trialled the initiative. “The TalkTalk Partner Programme has accelerated our business growth and opened new avenues for winning fresh business," stated MD Ryan Birch. "The resources and tools provided through this partnership have been pivotal in enabling us to pursue and secure new wins.”
