Software developer Qunifi has added a Teams True Transfer feature to its partner exclusive voice-enabling Microsoft Teams solution Call2Teams to enhance multi-agent and call centre experience.
Through Teams True Transfer resellers can now offer a UCaaS middleware solution that aids correct call representation in both Teams and PBX and enhances the transfer experience for users.
Teams True Transfer also ensures that compliance, integration, reporting, and recording are applied to the correct agent, according to Call2Teams President Mark Herbert.
He said: “Call2Teams gives a tighter integration with the PBX. It makes sure that the call is correctly represented in both Teams and the PBX, allowing compliance, call management, and user agent management to work properly.”
