Inclarity has completed the integration of its business telephony service with MS Teams.
Working alongside Qunifi, the Unified Communication integration management firm and its Call2Teams Microsoft Office 365 voice integration service, Inclarity’s phone system now interfaces with the Calls feature within MS Teams.
"There is no hardware or software to install, users can be set up in minutes, and either added one at a time, or group at a time," stated Enzo Viscito, Inclarity’s MD.
"With no interruption to service, users keep working with a phone system that is familiar to them. Advanced features like wallboards and call reporting continue to function as do specialist compliance features like call barring and call recording."
