Call2Teams simplifies branding for partners 

Channel-only UC provider Quinify, which claims its Call2Teams solution can connect any business phone system or SIP Trunk provider to Microsoft Teams, has launched a new tool to help channel partners self-manage their branding via their own portal access.

Brand Essentials is said to provide a ‘soft’ branding option for partners who do not need the full private label solution offered by the company’s Brand Complete option. 

“For partners, bringing your own branding to the Call2Teams portal is now easier than ever. The new Brand Essential feature, offered as a Stock Keeping Unit, allows partners to self-manage the branding within their own portal access,” said Marketing Manager Helen Johnstone. 

“The value of these improvements is that the branding can be managed on a tier-by-tier level. It provides a new revenue stream for Call2Teams partners who can cascade their own branding or offer customer branding to their resellers.

“With the click of a mouse, partners with the Brand Essentials SKU, as well as those with Brand Compete, can update the header and favicon branding for their users. The URL links for eCommerce and support can also be edited.  

"Partners can also create their own PBX and Trunk templates directly in the portal,” added Johnstone.
