Wifinity has acquired Vital WiFi to expand its services into new offshore sectors, including traditional and renewable energy platforms and commercial shipping.
The acquisition also gives Wifinity access to Vital WiFi’s wireless software platform, which shows customer surveys and context-sensitive messaging and gives new insight and revenue opportunities to operators.
