Wifinity has acquired Next Connex to bolster its technical and product capabilities across WAN, SD-WAN and Infrastructure-as-a-Service.
Surrey-based Next Connex builds and supports high performance network. It partners with independent UK data centres to offer customers a broad range of connectivity solutions.
Costas Demetriou, CEO of Wifinity, said: “Next Connex has joined the Wifinity group within our Enterprise division. Although we have been working together for many years, this acquisition will enable us to both enhance our product offering and the depth of technical expertise we provide to our customers.”
This is Wifinity’s second dead in 2023, following the recent acquisition of Vital WiFi.
