Kick ICT has acquired Dynamics specialist C2 Software, its ninth deal in eight years as Kick plans for 40% revenue growth this year.
The deal sees Kick’s run rate turnover increase to over £30m, EBITDA more than £4m and recurring revenues to £20.5m. It now employs over 170 staff and will add to this with the latest intake from its Kick Academy.
C2 Software also brings expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, CRM and membership software.
