Graphite Capital is set to acquire Digital Space from Horizon Capital, which has owned the MSP since February 2017.
Following the acquisition, Digital Space CEO Neil Muller and his management team will continue to lead the business with a strong focus on organic growth, augmented by strategic acquisitions.
