Exponential-e acquires infrastructure firm Vysiion

Wiltshire-based critical national infrastructure provider Vysiion has been acquired by Exponential-e, boosting the cloud comms firm's play in sectors such as utilities, defence, central and local government and emergency services.

The deal brings Exponential-e additional skills, security accreditations and business relationships, while Vysiion’s deployments will be better supported by Exponential-e across cloud, network services, security, voice and ongoing managed services.

Exponential‐e CEO Lee Wade (pictured) commented: “Having worked together on previous projects, we knew there was a close measure-of-fit between our respective companies.

"The complementary nature of our products, services, skills, experience, relationships, clients and capabilities is huge."

Vysiion Chairman Bruce. Brain added: “Exponential-e provides Vysiion with access to a wider range of services that will allow us to pursue larger opportunities.”
