Circle IT, alongside recently acquired Fabric IT, has been acquired by Arrow Business Communication to expand its cloud solution, networking and managed support offering.
Circle’s Microsoft Tier 1 CSP partner status and Fabric IT’s accreditations in Microsoft Dynamics enables Arrow to offer the full Microsoft suite of solutions.
Arrow will inherit more than 100 Circle employees based at the Cardiff Gate Business Park headquarters. The existing senior leadership team at Circle as well as all other employees will remain in their current roles, with operations carrying on as normal.
Circle’s Founder, Roger Harry, becomes a major shareholder within the Arrow Group and will play a role in the strategy and the growth of the business moving forward.
